RV Water Pressure Regulators Explained

Why campground pressure needs managing

Campground spigots can vary dramatically. RV plumbing uses lightweight fittings, hoses, pumps, valves, and fixtures that may not tolerate unusually high pressure.

Fixed regulators

What to verify on your exact RV before buying

RV gear is unusually dependent on the rig. Record your shore-power service, tire size and required pressure, cargo capacity, city-water connection, sewer outlet location, installed camera prep, generator transfer arrangement, storage-bay dimensions, and the model numbers of major appliances. Before choosing between two similar RV accessories, search for the boring parts: replacement seals, filters, sensor batteries, cables, mounting brackets, hoses, gauges, remotes, and manuals.
